Our SPICY MáLà 麻辣 Chili Oil adds tingly green Sichuan peppercorns and freshly crushed whole dried Xiao Mi La 小米辣 chili peppers to add a punch of numbing (Má) and a long lingering FIRE heat (Là) finish to our rich, smoky, savory oil for raise the ZING factor of all your favorite dishes.

Our chili oil is made in small batches, and each jar will be labeled with its batch number.
